Harold Wilkes, M.D., F.A.C.C.

Dr. Harold Wilkes is a native New Yorker, graduating from New York University and New York Medical College where he was elected to the medical honor society Alpha Omega Alpha. He completed his internship, residency and fellowship in cardiology at the Beth Israel Medical Center in Manhattan, and co-authored two articles on echocardiography. After joining Cardiology Associates of Central Connecticut. in 1982, he remained an active teacher of medical students enrolled at the Yale Medical School and has expanded his expertise in the diagnosis of heart disease having recently become board certified in nuclear cardiology. Dr. Wilkes resides in Cheshire with his wife Donna, and enjoys spending his spare time skiing, golfing, traveling, and collecting antiques. His son Steven, after graduating from Brandeis University, is working at a research laboratory at the University of Virginia Medical School and daughter Amy is completing her undergraduate education at Boston University.
